About this event
Are you a local, emerging business and/or a certified MBE, WBE, or veteran-owned business looking to build relationships in the Greater Philadelphia healthcare industry? Then please join us for our 3rd Annual Turning the Tables event. Registration is open and will be a flat fee of $95/person for both attendees and table exhibitors. All healthcare system employees will have complimentary admission.
We are looking for the following types of exhibitors:
- Finished Trades
- Maintenance
- Material Suppliers
- Professional Service Firms
- Program Managers/CM/GCs
- Security
- Skilled Trades
We are looking for the following healthcare decision makers interested in increasing supplier diversity in the industry:
- Architects
- Engineering Firms
- GC/CMs
- Healthcare Systems
- Owner's Reps

- When is the Turning the Tables 2025 Event?
- Tuesday, October 14, 2025 from 8 AM - 11 AM.
- Where will the event be held?
- The event will be held at the National Constitution Center at 525 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
- We welcome anyone within the healthcare industry to attend, especially if you are or want to connect with local, emerging and diverse and/or disadvantaged businesses.
- Which type of registration should I choose?
- If you are a local, emerging, diverse or disadvantaged business, we welcome you to be an exhibitor at the event. See "EXHIBITORS" section of the FAQ for more information.
- General attendance is open to anyone who wishes to attend, but does not plan to exhibit.
- Healthcare System Employee - Free
- Employees of healthcare systems receive complimentary attendance to the event.
- Which health systems attend each year?
- Every year is different! In past years we have had attendance from Penn Medicine, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Jefferson, Tower Health, Inspira, Cooper Health and Main Line Health.
- How many companies exhibit at the event?
- We anticipate 35-40 exhibitors. Tables sell out every year, so reserve your spot early!
- How many people attend the event?
- Every year is different! Last year we had 175 attendees.
- Will a list of attendees be distributed?
- Unfortunately, we cannot distribute a list of attendees. However, an guide will be provided on site with contact information for each exhibitor.
- Exhibitors and attendees can park in the National Constitution Center's parking garage which is located on Race Street between 5th and 6th Street. The garage will open at 7:30 AMon the day of the event. Exhibitors and attendees will receive a voucher for discounted parking at the event. - Who can exhibit at the Turning the Tables event?
- We welcome diverse and disadvantaged business to exhibit at the event. These include:
- Local, Emerging Businesses
- MBEs (Minority Business Enterprises)
- WBE (Women Business Enterprises)
- VBE (Veteran Business Enterprises)
- DBEs (Disadvantaged Business Enterprises)
- What does an exhibitor receive on the day of the event?
- Exhibitors are provided with a 2’ x 6’table and two chairs. Feel free to bring whatever materials you would like to display on your company's table.
- Can I plug in electronics at my table?
- No. Electrical outlets are not available for exhibitors. Please plan accordingly.
- My company is not a diverse or disadvantaged business. Can I still exhibit?
- No, but we welcome you to join us for the event as a General Attendee. You will not have a table to display your company, but you can still make valuable connectionswith exhibitors and other attendees while at the event.
- Can I select the location of my table?
- No. Tables will be assigned in alphabetical order.
- All the exhibitor tables are sold out! Can I still attend?
- Yes! We welcome you to still join us for the event as a General Attendee. You will not have a table to display your company, but you can still make valuable connections with exhibitors and other attendees while at the event.
